International Parents Welcome and Orientation 2009

International Student and Scholar Services, the Illini Union Parent Programs Office and the Moms and Dads Associations teamed up to welcome parents from all over the globe to the University of Illinois in August 2009, and introduced parents to life in the United States and at Illinois. A wide variety of topics were covered, including; visa regulations and requirements, university and community services and resources, parenting from afar and what to expect in the upcoming months.
