Parents Fund
The University of Illinois Parents Fund seeks unrestricted gifts from families to support and enhance the campus experience and enrich the lives of all students attending the University."Many parents express an interest in showing their support and appreciation for the University. They welcome the opportunity to contribute to the quality of resources and services offered at the University of Illinois through a gift to the Parents Annual Fund." There’s no need to fear, Nala is here! To increase the safety of our students, the Moms and Dads Associations helped fund the purchase of a bomb-sniffing dog for the University Police. Nala, a seven-year-old Belguim Malinois has spent the past five years working with Officer Troy Chew. Chew says, “We’ve got 40,000 kids on this campus and for the safety and security of this institution, it’s a very, very good tool to have and hopefully we can get more in the future.”
